Leon Kennedy

Krauser and Leon used to be on the same side, that was until a helicopter accident when Krauser was presumed dead. It's difficult to say if the two were friends although Leon does reminisce about how Krauser used to be a good guy. Leon is surprised to see that Krauser is still alive and even confesses to Saddler that he did indeed enjoy their reunion (although probably being more facetious than anything). Leon is angry at Krauser for involving Ashley but he also sounds pretty irrate that Saddler had used Krauser. They obviously have quite a history together and maybe there's even an underlying dose of mutual respect. Krauser refers to Leon as "comrade" on numerous occasions and even remarks on how they both know where they come from. However, they now fight for opposing beliefs, where once they might have stood united against Umbrella, they now have to face each other. There is no hate between them, Krauser isn't preparing to kill Leon because of some deep loathing for him. Basically he has a job to do, a mission to complete and he will kill anyone who stands in the way of him doing just that.

Albert Wesker

Krauser now works for Wesker and has presumably been with him since he faked his death in the helicopter accident. It is safe to say that Jack's "superhuman" skills are more than likely a viral cocktail donated by Wesker. I would say that Krauser does actually respect Wesker, he is there under orders to get close to Saddler and retrieve the sample. Krauser shares his enthusiasm for restoring Umbrella and is ready to assassinate anyone who might get in the way. Unfortunately Krauser shows dedication and loyalty to a man who thinks of him as a "disposable grunt".

Osmund Saddler

In order to get close to Saddler, Krauser had to prove himself by kidnapping Ashley. His plan was to buy Saddler's trust, steal the sample and then return to Wesker. Unfortunately Saddler wasn't fooled and infact had been playing him at his own game. Although it's obvious that Krauser wasn't controlled by a parasite, his mutations (especially when he dies) do bear a resemblance to Las Plagas and so it's fair to assume that at some point, Krauser was infected with "the same blood". Krauser senses that Saddler doesn't completely trust him but the truth is that Saddler NEVER trusted him. After Krauser succeeded in kidnapping Ashley, Saddler was scheming on how to dispose of him.

Ada Wong

Ada isn't Krauser's favourite person. He doesn't trust her at all and makes no secret of it. He was reluctant to ask for her assistance but had no choice when his game with Saddler wasn't going according to plan. He is suspicious that Ada's intentions aren't completely consistant with what Wesker had planned. Krauser's pet name for Ada is "the bitch in the red dress" and isn't pleased when she interrupts his attack on Leon. Krauser intends on finding out the truth concerning Ada and aims on sending both her and Leon back to Wesker in a bodybag when he is through.

Ashley Graham

Krauser was responsible for kidnapping Ashley. He did this to prove his loyalty to Saddler. She was his "trust fund", nothing else. He had no regard as to what would happen to her and he didn't care if she got hurt in the process.
