I am happy to answer any questions that you may have, I answer most emails during the week within 24 hours. However, if it is the weekend please allow 48 hours for a reply.

Here are some frequently asked questions which may be of some help.

Is it possible to have a shorter or longer chain on any of the bracelets?

Yes, this isn’t a problem at all. Just please let me know which length you require when placing your order. However, I must stress that in most cases, customers requesting a shorter bracelet are more often than not, wrong in doing so. The measurement of your wrist IS NOT the recommended measurement for your bracelet as it needs to move. Unless you are a lot smaller than 6″ around your wrist, you do not need the bracelet shortened. Also, all of my charm bracelets come with an extension chain of up to 1.5″ which makes most bracelets around 9″ in total length which should be long enough for most people.

Do you offer any discounts?

Sorry but my prices are very fair and I do not offer any kind of discount for anyone unless you have a coupon of some kind. However, if you’d like to support me by joining my Patreon, you will receive a discount on orders (the amount depends on which tier you subscribe to).

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?

Most of my jewellery is packaged in a black plastic jewellery box which is then placed inside a small plain paper or plastic gift bag (usually with a business card). Unfortunately for larger items like keyrings I am unable to do this and they are wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed inside the small paper or plastic gift bag. Each listing will tell you if a giftbox is included or not.  If it doesn’t include a giftbox, there is a separate category where you can purchase one.  I am happy to include a handwritten gift card with the order if this is a gift going directly to the recipient. Please remember that a printed packing receipt (this doesn’t show prices) is always sent with every order unless you specifically request me to not to.

Which payment methods do you accept?

At the moment I can accept credit and debit cards via Woo Payments (which also includes Apple Pay & Google Pay) and Paypal. Please note that you do NOT need a Paypal account to pay via their site, you can pay using your credit card without having to sign up.

Do you ship internationally?

I certainly do, I am happy to ship anywhere in the world. International shipping options are available on checkout.

Which shipping methods do you use?

Everything is sent from the United Kingdom (England) via Royal Mail, so for all UK orders, I send everything via Second Class Signed For or racked 48 with Signature. For international customers, all packages are sent via Tracked Airmail. For an additional charge (and peace of mind) I can also offer First Class Signed For in the UK or Special Delivery if needed.

When can I expect my order?

Most orders are shipped within 10 working days (sometimes quicker) unless it is a charm bracelet which is made to order.  Made to order items can take up to 21 days. This does not include the shipping time which varies from country to country. You will be sent an order completed email on the day the item is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary from country to country but for most international countries, regular airmail takes approximately 10 – 15 working days. However, at times, for whatever reason, shipping can take longer and this is usually nothing to be concerned about. International orders must allow 28 working days before a package is considered missing.

Can I have tracking for my order?

Of course, just drop me an email requesting it. At the moment my “order completed” email doesn’t let me automatically add tracking numbers but it’s no problem to ask me for it. I’ll also provide a direct link to it too, there you’ll be able to track the entire journey of your package as it makes it way to you.

What happens if my parcel never arrives?

All packages sent are fully insured (even if the registered option hasn’t been selected). In the unlikely event that your order has gone missing I will first ask you to check with your local sorting office to make sure that a package is not being held for you. I will also ask you to confirm your mailing address. Then, as long as the appropriate waiting period has passed I will file a claim on your behalf and offer you either a full refund or a replacement.
